Terms & Conditions.

Live sessions:

Live sessions are available via Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc. Sarah will supply a raw wav file of the session for your editors to use as they please. Sarah can also join a session via Session Link Pro or Source Connect if working with another studio.

Performance Mistakes: Mispronunciations or missing words are fixed at no charge. We will work through pick ups during the live session and we can also supply one more round after the session, just in case.

Digital delivery:

Two takes will be supplied as standard (unless otherwise agreed) and one round of pick ups will be included in the agreed fee. High quality wav files will be supplied as standard, unless you have a different specification in mind (please state). Delivery of files will usually be between 24 and 48 hours after receiving the approved script. Same day delivery of files is often possible, but please do check Sarah’s availability prior to booking.

Performance Mistakes: Mispronunciations or missing words are fixed at no charge.
Artistic Edits: First round of feedback on pacing or tone are included at no charge, however we typically charge £50 (or equivalent in client’s currency) for each round afterwards. Script Rewrites: To be discussed if the need arises.

Payment terms:

Fees will be agreed before the recording commences and the invoice will be raised on delivery of the files. On agreement of the fee, clients also agree to pay Sarah Griffin (T/A FLYTE Creative Media Ltd) within the terms of the invoice (30 days). All fees are subject to the addition of the current rate of VAT (20%) for UK based customers. Payments more than 30 days late will incur an additional 20% charge of the original fee. Please note, the contract is between ‘Sarah Griffin’ and ‘The Client’ only & not any third-party clients.

Usage fees:

All fees and buyouts will be agreed prior to the recording commencing and clients will not use Sarah Griffin’s voice without the correct usage fees being settled. Industry standard calculations are used to ensure a fair fee for the client and to protect the standards set for the voiceover community. Further explanation of usage fees is always possible, just ask!
